The Group

The Pathogen Ecology group is part of the Institute of Integrative Biology (IBZ), at the Department of Environmental Systems Science (D-USYS).

We study the ecology and evolution of microorganisms, particularly in the context of infectious disease. Our group includes researchers with backgrounds in microbiology, ecology and evolutionary biology. You can read more on the Research tab and pages for individual researchers.
